This car not only has out-of-state license plates, but the tag expired more than 2 years ago. It was reported on the CHP web site about ten months ago.

August 2 UPDATE: The CHP compliance officer now claims that the scofflaw actually paid the required fees several weeks ago. Why, then, I ask, does the car still have the Florida license plates?
